4. Delivery - ROYAL MAIL RECORDED, NEXT DAY IF RECEIVED BY 2PM ON DAY OF ORDER 4.1 We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery of the Order shall be completed when we deliver the Goods to you. 4.2 We will take reasonable steps to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days following the Order Confirmation (or as otherwise agreed between us). However, occasionally delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new delivery date with you. 4.3 If any Goods are not in stock then we reserve the right to substitute the Goods with other items that are substantially the same as the Goods ordered. If we are not able to substitute the Goods then we will refund your monies accordingly. 4.4 If we are not able to deliver the whole of the Order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this. If you ask us to deliver the Order in instalments, we may charge you extra delivery costs. Each instalment shall constitute a separate contract. If we are late delivering an instalment or one instalment is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any other instalment.
